The beauty of this picture and what it is saying is, we all have the freedom to say what we would like about our elected officials or former elected officials. That is to say it without fear from out government. Now the flip side of that is if I were in China on their intranet the point could not be made. Even W would agree with that. Really it was just meant to be funny, just funny.
